The pictures for the new workouts look awesome. I'm so glad I preordered and am really looking forward to the new workouts. I did notice in your description of high step advanced that there is no stability ball work. Did you decide not to include that? Also, is there going to be a bonus workout on the High Step Advanced? I think I remember reading that, but maybe I'm mistaken.
