I am wondering if anyone has done a rotation with SS and Cathe. I was thinking doing SS one week, then Cathe (or other heavier routine) the next week and keep switching weeks like this.
If anyone has done this or some other rotation with SS & Cathe (other heavy weight training), please let me know and also what type of results did you get.
