I love the Barre workouts. I have been rotating Squeeze LB, Squeeze Stronger, Pure Barre, Super Callanetics and Yoga for a while now and would love to have a check in. I'm also going to start back with my Cardio Coaches three times a week from Monday as I have a virus at the moment. I'm not the best at posting every day however. If you want someone who can post a bit more regularly then there is quite an active 'Barre' thread at the forums over at lowcarbfriends.com - look on the exercise board.
