I've been watching your shows when I can but have purchased a lot of your videos. I am 41 years old and have been working out since high school. I workout at 4:30am about 5x a week. (doing your tapes/alternating workouts)
I've gone from a size 7/9 at age 14 to a size 1/2 and have maintained that size for 21 years and through 2 children. (1 is 21 and 1 is 8yrs old)
My question is that it seems the more I build my leg muscles and do squats the bigger I get and pants are getting tighter in those areas. As soon as I get off the routine...it all loosens up again. How do I find the happy medium? I dont use heavy weights. They heaviest dumbells I use are 8lbs.
Does it just take time to trim and change my figure in those areas?
