Hi Cathe. I'm in week 3 of your STS with Cardio series. About 4 years ago I had Drop Foot in my left leg; it's a condition where you have no control over your leg from the knee down. The doctors could never figure out why it happened but it did heal itself. Since then I have enjoyed a variety of your workout dvd's with no problem. I've noticed that with all the lunges in the STS Leg discs that I am starting to have weakness in my left leg again. Is there a good substitution for lunges? I've tried not going as deep but don't feel that is a good challenge for me. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
