Hi Everyone,
Can you beleive that June is almost over? Time flies.And at the sametime,we haven't really had much of a summer yet.We have had alot of ran.We get one day of sun and 4 days of ran.x(
I am not sure what the workout will be today.I sort of plan on going for a run sometime in the evening so if I do that, I would rather spend my morning doing circuit training.I am not going to eat before I workout so I would like to do something to get my heartrate up!!!
I have been a pretty good girl the last couple of days but I don't feel any different.I know that it takes time (sometimes a few weeks) but in the past I ALWAYS lost weight VERY easily.I had truoble getting past 125 lbs but any higher then that would fall off of me in no time.I think my body as been changing on me and I didn't even know it!
Anyway,I am going to go visist my sisier in law and then I am going to workout.
