Spring into Summer - 6/19-20 weekend check-in

Ola amigas,

Checking in while the little one's at a party with his father. Today I did a little bit of everything. Started off with PS-chest and back only -- heavy weights. (I finally got to do all those bench presses with a 55-lb. BB. I think I can do those BB rows with 60 now. Didn't try yet as the chest work alone killed me.) Then I went on to C&W, but only the warmup and first three cardio segments with weights. That way I got to do shoulders, triceps and biceps. Ended it with C&W abs and stretch. So I got to do pure strength training for chest and back, endurance work for shoulders and arms, some cardio and leg work and an ab workout. Not bad for an hour and a half's work.

Tomorrow will be KPC for more cardio and leg work.

Monday, I'll do the whole thing in reverse: PS-shoulders/tris/bis, then C&W cardio segments then C&W back and chest work. Maybe I'll choose something different for abs.

Have a great weekend everyone,
Pinky

Poor Pinky...all by herself! ;( Not to many people around on the weekends.
I went for a great run yesterday.I took the dog with me so I don't know if it was a good run b/c I was being pulled, that way I wasn't working as hard.Or prehaps I was just having a good day. Then I had to great ready for a BBQ,got home last night around 12:30.I can't drink anymore.I love my sleep to much.
I am not sure what todays workout will be.I am going to visit my parents soon so I will be gone most of the day.I will have to save my workout for later this afternoon or even evening!
I am still pondering over the rotation that Susan copied, that Cathe posted.I have heard so many people say that they bulked up with slow and heavy and I build muscle quick.Soooooooooo,I am a little scared of that one.
BUt I have to do something.I got on the scale today...it wasn't pretty. My mom loves my digital scale,I thought about giving it to her.
Anyway,I should go get my little one out of the tub and hit the road!
Have a good day everyone,
Lori:)
