Spring into Summer - 5/15

Hello ladies,

Anyone up for a weekend check-in? Can't believe half of the month is gone already!

I woke up this morning with a surprisingly nice sore in my triceps and lats, especially on my right side. I guess I was throwing some pretty hard punches with my dominant arm yesterday during KPC.

I was thinking of doing PS-shoulders/tri/bi today, but with this sore, I guess that'll have to wait. I might do some light cardio, maybe a step workout without the step and half of LL. Maybe.

While at Kohl's yesterday, a woman approached me and asked which gym I belong to. She just came up to me and blurted the question right there. So I told her I work out at home (to which she responded with surprise and disbelief), and to check out cathe.com.

My hubby also told me last night that he thinks my arms are "sexy". Hmmm, wonder what he did wrong?:)

Hi Pinky and the weekend crew!

This morning was PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Worked really hard on the chest which felt good. Worked really hard on the shoulders and felt like my shoulders would spontaneously combust and then my arms would fall out of the sockets. I'm frustrated by my triceps. I can't seem to break through to feeling comfortable using 8's for a lot of the exercises. I think the jump from 5's to 8's may be too much so I'm thinking of getting some 6's and 7's. I just hate to buy more weights which I basically will only use for one body part.

Congrats on all the positive feedback Pinky. All your hard work is paying off! My sister's boyfriend told a group of people that he and my sister were having dinner with that I was 'hot'. Now if only this would translating into intense magnetism with the opposite sex!

I go to Hawaii in 3 1/2 weeks. I'm getting sooooo excited. I like how things are all starting to fall together workout wise at just the right moment. Even my lower abs are starting to stay flat!
