Hi everyone!
As some of you know, I'm twelve weeks pregnant and was very happy to learn that I could keep excercising until almost delivery time. unfortunately, this weekend, while I was doing a video (a Cethe one) a little bit of blood came out of me (NOOOO!!!). I inmediately went into panic mode, until i talked to the doctor on call whoo told me that it doesn;t mean misscarriage (necessarily) but I should take it easy and go for a check up today.
I did just that, and I'm hopping everythiing is OK. In fact, I feel better since no more bleeding has ocurred and people around me tell me a little spotting is sometimes normal....
Anyway, my questioin now is would you excersice again???? if so, what exercises would you recommend????
I'm desperate for some experienced advise (this is my first pregnancy)
