Sports Drinks

Does anyone here have one after their workouts? I never do because of the added calories and sugar. Normally I just drink water and then my protein shake and my berries after every workout. I received my oxygen magazine last night in the mail and they had a sample diet on page 119 which looks good but for a post workout meal they had a scoop of whey protein and a sports drink. What do you all think???
 
I use plain coconut water (not coconut milk) as my 'sports drink" (just like the Brazilian soccer team does!)

It's low calorie and high in electrolytes, and it tastes good.
(In fact, I'm drinking some right now before my next class.)

ETA: I guess I should read previous posts before posting mine, LOL! I see Carola has the same suggestion.
