I have just discovered your workouts and am really excited to add them to my rotations!
My question is regarding strength days. I lift 2 days/week. Sometimes I'll add a 3rd day on a rest day if I have some extra energy to burn. Currently my two strength days are total body, though I'm trying most to work my upper body and gain some definition. I just bought your GS back, shoulders and biceps as well as GS triceps and chest.
Should I do these each one day/week? Will I be sacrificing if I'm only working these muscle groups 1 time/week instead of twice (albeit less work)?
I'm trying to decide if I need to combine these two workouts into one day, or just add a full 3rd day of strength training.
I'd appreciate any advice that I can get from you or some of the experienced lifters out here!
