Spinning Videos

I have seen Mindy and some guy name Jay but has anyone been able to find any Spinning videos on a spinning bike? I don't mean cycling videos because I can't seem to translate the actual bike levels(big ring/little ring stuff) to the spinning bike.

There don't seem to be a ton of them out there but try http://www.collagevideo.com. I think they have the Mindy/Jay videos you mentioned. You can view a 60-second snippet of each one.

Hi,

Yes, Collage Video is a good source for spinning videos. Just wanted to comment that I have the spinning video by Jay Blanhik (sp?). It is very good, and I find that even though it is pretty basic, you can grow with it by increasing the resistance and pushing yourself harder during the interval sections.

I also have Johnny G spinning tapes, and they are pretty good. He just seems like one of those love him or hate him kind of guys. He just has a strong personality and gets a little overly enthusiastic at times. Overall, his advanced video is pretty good with lots of "jumps".

Thanks for the info. I haven't heard of Johnny G or Jay Bahnik (my Jay's last name begins with a M). Off to collage videos to check it off.
