Spinning DVD - any suggestions

Does anyone have any recommendations for a spinning DVD. My husband workouts primarily on his stationary bike & I'd like to get him a workout DVD for his birthday. When I did a websearch, at first all that came up were DVD's of spinning wool to make sweaters! Got a good laugh, but doubt he'd enjoy that. Anyway, there were a few exercise DVD's to choose from....but if there's any one in particular you'de recommend, I'd appreciate the insight.

The spinervals fitness series is good, "Lean and Mean"in particular. you could also download some icycles for him. Go to itrain.com!

Tneah - Spinning DVD -

Tneah - I am interested in the "Lean and Mean." Can you tell me what it is like? The clip online is too short to get a good idea. I have the Cyclops fluid trainer and usually ride to shows on the DVR, and I push myself hard, but it would be interesting to try something different too. Just not sure what to expect, and how it works with adjusting the trainer - do you put it at the maximum you can do, and cycle through the gears as you go, or what? Currently, I tighten it on the tire to the degree that I can ride in 24th gear, and cycle down and back up as necessary to get out of the ride what I need to do. Thanks, Shana

RE: Tneah - Spinning DVD -

They give resistance levels on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being really hard to turn the pedals over. They also give the "chain link" numbers, I have no idea what that means. My bike has a knob that I use to adjust the resistance levels. Its basically an interval workout, with "hills", sprints and stuff. Its about 56 minutes long, I think you will love it! Brenda is in it too.:)
