I posted this in response to a thread I had started with a question, but I wanted to make sure others saw this. I did my Spinerval Hillacious today - first time I have ever done a Spinerval work - but I love climbing hills. It is a workout! I burned as many calories in the 65 minutes as I do with IMax 3, and I hit my anaerobic threshold about as many times!
These videos are well produced - they have people on regular road bikes on fluid trainers as well as people on spin bikes - the scenery is beautiful (this was the top of the Maryland Science Center overlooking Baltimore's Inner Harbor) and the workout is tough. If you like to cycle or spin, or simply like to sweat I highly recommend these workouts. I literally had to wipe the floor when I was done I had sweat so much. And he has workouts for every level and every passion (sprinting, climbing, racing...), in lengths from 30 minutes to 3 hours (oh my aching butt with that one!)
