Spinerval suggestions please

I've done Hillacious and the Core one. I loved Hillacious, except I felt the "recovery" times were too long. I needed to recover, but 5 minutes was too long. About 1-2 minutes would be fine. I did not like the Core one because I prefer to stay on the bike the whole time and not get off the bike to do strength work.

What should I buy next? I want it to be high intensity. Based on my research, I'm leaning toward Ride and Stride. I also like Have Mercy, but I only want a 60 minute workout. I'm not sure if that one is adaptable for less time.

Any suggestions or opinions you would care to share????

Thanks!

I don't know anything about spinervals, but have you tried Cardio Coach? I do it on a recumbant bike (or an elliptical) and I'm completely hooked. CC has really pushed up the intensity of riding a stationary bike for me. It reminds me of my spin class a bit, except for not having the ability to do jumps or standing climbs, etc. The earlier volumes are the easier ones, with volumes 4 - 6 being the most difficult.
