Does anyone know of a guide for stretching specific muscles or spots of the upper body? I can never remember anything from when I do videos. Sometimes holding an arm this way, bending that, twisting the other way, etc., will really do a trick for a certain muscles--but I just don't remember it for later when I'm feeling really tight somewhere.
During the course of my day when I'm sitting on the floor playing with my kids, for instance, if my hams or quads are tight I know just what to do. But if it's my pecs or triceps or some part of my back--I'm not so sure. And I don't want to pop out a video right then. I could just experiment with different ways of contorting myself to get the perfect stretch, lol, but I'd rather just already have some guidance! Anyone know where I could get this kind of info?
(I'm embarrassed--I'm sure this is so lame--one of those "figure it out yourself!" things)
Thanks,
Gisela
