Speaking of Supplements

If you take them, what type do you take and what do you feel they do for you?

I take a multivitamin and calcium/soy supplement as well as Omega 3 and glucosamine (Dad has horrible knees and I am the female version of him).

I often wonder about the fitness supplements that people swear by and was just curious! Thanks!
 
I mix a scoop of Endurox R4 (chocolate flavor) into my oatmeal everyday. It's designed to be a recovery drink with a 4:1 carb to protein ratio, sodium, potassium, magnesium, L-Glutamine, and the best part...vitamins E and vitamin C. However, I think it tastes amazing in my oatmeal so that is where it lands!

I love this stuff because of the immune system boost it provides. Something I need while marathon training!

Evening Primrose 2x week
Glucosamine Joint Therapy 1/2
Vitamin C 1/2
Women's Multi 1/2
