Spare tire "spillage!"

What;s the deal with spare tire spillage. In other words, your abs are pretty flat when you stand up straight, but sit down, and this spare tire comes out of NOWHERE and just spills over your jeans! Or else, lay on your side, and all of a sudden you have like this bag of potatoes for a gut hanging down onto the couch!

Where on earth does all this fat come from??!! Especially since when you stand up, your stomach is flat? I have a small pooch, and small love handles that look totally fine when I stand up ... but is it the harmless pooch and love handles that are spilling out all over the place when I am in different positions? Or is there such a thing as INTERNAL ab fat, that does not show when you stand, but comes out when gravity takes over when in different positions?

Oh yes the dreaded 'muffin top'. It is great for the ego! x(

That is what I tell my husband, don't make me sit down and I will be fine!

Yeah what is up with that! I wonder that every time I sit or lay...If I lay flat or stand I look great but once I turn or sit *&^% rolls. It must be the jeans }( duck

I can barely type to you right now, as my laptop is resting on my spillage and it makes it hard to reach the keys.

And have you ever watched yourself in the mirror when you're doing planks!! What's that stuff hanging down? Completely horrifying.
