I had a baby last May and even though I've lost all my pregnancy weight, I have an excess band of fat that goes around my hip and butt area. I can actually grab it with my hand...yuck! I've really upped my cardio and have started to watch what I eat like a madwoman, but is there anything else that will help?
I just started to run so I'm doing that (run/walk for now and gradually increasing the run) for 30 minutes three times a week, so my schedule looks something like this:
Day 1: r/w, CST, abs
Day 2: IM2
Day 3: r/w, BB, abs
Day 4: yoga
Day 5: r/w, legs, abs
Day 6: either kickboxing or just walking
Day 7: rest or stretch
Does that seem like enough? I'd like to get in a full body workout, but I'm not sure where to fit it in! Any advice would be appreciated greatly!
