How much overhead space do I need for the average KB workout? I've been reading and seems like many moves go over head, but not straight up and down, move in arcing movements. I have low ceilings in my space in the basement. When I do any overhead moves with Cathe, I have to be careful my hands are going between the rafters and not into them. The few times I've knocked my knuckles with weights in my hands, it hurts!!! If I stand straight and put my arms up, I can put my hands flat on the rafters/floor supports. I have enough space if I go between, though. But if there's lots of movements that aren't in straight lines, I don't think I'd be able to do them. Moving my space or raising the ceiling
are not options. Will I still be able to do these workouts - before I spend the $$$?
