>Can anyone recommend a protein shake that is made with soy

Soy MILK or soy protein powder? You can basically take any regular milk smoothie or shake and use soy milk instead.
For protein powders, I actually prefer hemp or, less often, yellow pea protein powder or a pea/rice combo to soy. I find that my digestion is much improved when I avoid soy protein isolates and concentrates (and I am a bit wary of their health affects vs. soy "foods," which are beneficial).
I often use Vega meal replacement shakes (in rice milk or juice), or I make my own combo that contains many of the ingredients in Vega (hemp protein, maca).
Nutiva is the best-tasting hemp protein powder I've tried (
www.nutiva.com ). They just came out with some new smoothie mixes, but they are not very high in protein, and have added sugar (not a lot, but I prefer sugar-free or sweetened with something other than sugar).
www.veganesstials.com carries Vega, as well as some other non-dairy (of course, they're a vegan site!) protein powder mixes. Several of them have sample sizes so you can try before you commit. Vega is pricey compared to others, but I think it is very high quality. They also make bars that are good as snacks.
