Hi All! A friend and I were discussing the wonderful Compendiuum that is shared on this board. I was wondering does anyone have the updated version with the new Cathe dvds (Butts & Guts, Drill Max, etc)

Opps! Okay so I am not looking for the compendium- I am looking for a breakdown of the workouts- i.e. what exercise, how many reps etc. Sorry, I mistated what I needed. Does anyone know where I can find that?
