Sort of new!

Hi everyone!
I'm sort of new; I just haven't been on these forums in quite a while! I am pregnant with my second child, due 05/13/04. My son is almost 20 months old now. Just wanted to say that finding Cathe made not only losing my post partum weight easier, but before this pregnancy I was in better shape than I've probably ever been - and I've been working out for years! I also haven't gained as much weight as I did with my first pregnancy so far - thanks Cathe!:)
I just have a couple of quick questions - when did you ladies stop doing ab work on your backs, and how did you modify? I seem to have a hard time figuring out how to modify those exercises.

Congratulations!

I am interested in the advice on this too. I used a pregnancy workout video when I was pregnant with my daughter that included ab work, but I am interesed in everyone's advice here.
