Cathlete
but I need more shoe help. I have never had shoes that were specific to aerobics. I got the new balance746 and am not sure they fit like they should. How do you know what a good fit is? They feel snug on the verge of tight but thought maybe I want them that way to keep my foot stable. I usually use more of a cross training type shoe. The reason I am changing is because of my heal spur and want more support. How do I know what a good fit is? Thanks again and sorry I have to bring this up again.

Sarah,

If I were you I would put a cushioned heel pad in my shoe and go larger in the size. I have trouble finding shoes that fit too, but I discovered a great shoe store that specializes in athletic foot wear and they are superb at helping you find a shoe that fits properly. Do you have anything like that where you live? It's probably a little more expensive but I think it's worth it to have comfortable shoes.
