Sorry but I have to VENT.........ebay frustrations!

I sold 5 nintendo 64 games on ebay about two weeks ago! They sold for 16.60(plus shipping). I emailed the guy who bought them just to make sure he had received them. Well apparently he wasn't happy because his response was"you have some nerve to email me about games when one of the games has a sticker on the back of it that i can't remove" (i purchased these games at a local store and the sticker of one of the games was still on the back,I didn't think it was a big deal,I will add that the game was tagged at 21.99)so,I asked if he wanted a refund,he said "it wasn't worth the time or money, and he has CANCER so its hard for him to get around these days"......ok?

Well, the more I thought about it the more agravated I got,I emailed him back(because at this point I was bitting my tounge)and told him I was sorry that he has cancer but, that gave him no right to act the way he was acting about "A" sticker on the back of "one" of the games that he obvously got a good deal on.One of the games was worth what he paid for all FIVE games.I was finished with the conversation.I woke up this morning with 3messages from him and just deleted everyone without reading them....and brushed him off as crazy!

I think he was wanting to resell them, neither one of us has left feedback!I don't really care about a negitive, but I'm sure he would care because he has a store on ebay and is 6,000+ items sold!

Thank you for listening, sorry it was so long....Im through with ebay !

As my friend Steve always says..."People are a$$h...."
Don't let it get to you Ms. Amelia!

Obviously someone who is not quite all there. Best to have as little interaction with him as possible. You did the right thing in deleting his emails without reading them. Judging from the reaction he had to your previous messasges, they wouldn't be a pleasant read.

Though maybe saving them to another file rather than completely deleting them might be better, to have proof of the tone and content his correspondance in case there is any ebay problem with him in the future. Did you clear out the 'deleted' folder yet? If not, you might think about saving those messages to another folder. No need to read them, or to keep them long term, just until you're sure he won't try to cause some kind of problem.

Kathryn, thanks I will save them to my ebay folder.

And an update,I left him a negitive feedback:eek: and said

"Ebayer never satisfied,refused a refund,Beware of ebayer"

I know I shouldn't fuel the fire so to speak,but I just couldn't help myself! I don't care if he a leaves a neg. feedback,like I said...I'm through with ebay!
