Sore Muscles and working out

Cathe or anyone who knows -

On Monday I did the High Step Training workout and my triceps and shoulders are still pretty sore today (Wednesday). My question is, are you suppose to wait until the DOMS goes away before working those muscles again if it's already been a couple days or can I go ahead with my normal workout even if they are still sore?

Any help from anyone would be appreciated.

I would give it another day if I were you. Your body is sending you a message & you should listen. If you're still sore after another 24 hours you might have injured yourself slightly, which you certainly don't want to exacerbate w/more weight training. Just work another body part until your tris & shoulders aren't hurting anymore.
 
Rest. In the past week I did ME uppr body with more weight that I usually use and in the two next days I was so sore that I decided to do aerobic and lower body. Listen to your body.
