Soo sore!

I just started doing the P90X classic rotation again - so I did chest/back/abripper X Monday, and Plyo yesterday. I am sooo sore! I don't know how I'm gonna get through arms & shoulders tonite and ab ripper again! I did a month of this program a few months back and I don't remember being this sore, and I've been doing my Cathe workouts non stop since. I can't imagine why I am so sore!
 
Hi Caren. The DOMS you get doing P90X is pretty intense. I would recommend attempting your workout tonight. Sometimes, it can actually lessen your DOMS.
 
Thanks! I did go through with it. I just couldn't believe I was that sore! I know, even when your sore you gotta do it anyway.
