Sometimes a buck isn't even worth a penny!

O.K., I'm always looking for a good deal and many times I get one but I can't say that this time. I was in a discount store and saw a Total Body Workout DVD by Body & Soul Fitness. It was a kick boxing workout that was chaptered so I figured it just might be worth the dollar that I paid for it. Well..........the instructor is Sue Walker who has great energy but not great form. The two background exercisers were amusing to watch so I figured I'd get a laugh while watching them but would use proper form. My laugh turned to shock and the exercises weren't worth the attempt to make it a good workout. The male background exerciser never stood up straight and the female exerciser seemed like she was having her nails done. I don't think I could even GIVE this one away. I couldn't do that to anyone! Of course this is just my opinion but this clinches the adage that you get what you pay for.x( This is the 4th DVD I bought for a buck. Two I've opened and the other two are going back, if I can find the receipt!:7

I felt the same way when I purchaed The Method Jab, Kick, Punch off eBay a few months ago. WOW.. is all i can say.
I also got another 10 minute solution KB DVD and spent half the time trying to figure out if the chick in the video was really a guy, then, convinced, watched the rest in disbelief.
Not worth my time at all, the second one didn't even have any background boxers...
