OK I must say these dress codes are a bit disturbing (although there are times when I do wish my gym had one! }( ). If you take it to the extreme it could actually be considered a violation of first amendment rights.

I would never give my hard earned money to a place that told me what I could & couldn't wear.

Precisely. I mean, it's one thing if I was doing squats in a thong, but I was wearing a tank top in a step class for sobbing out loud!

That's my standard attire--a bra top under a tank. I'm really surprised anyone would have an issue w/this!

But the squats in a thong thing is an interesting concept........:eek:

Nancy, what a nice thing to say! I try not to sweat the small stuff (lord knows I have enough big stuff to sweat!) but you know, we're all our own worst critic. x(
 
I imagine that cross legged reverse crunches would leave nothing to the imagination either....


what about froggy-style crunches! Yuck!
