I have been reading the post on freestyle training and I kind of understand it and then I'm lost. I've heard enough that I want to do it. Could someone make a rotation for me doing this. I want to work the legs, upper body, and core. No aerobics right now. Please someone do this for me. I have all of cathes tapes and want to use those for the rotation. I really want to try this. I need a change.
