Some Tips Please?

Hi Ladies,

I was wondering if anyone would have any good tips for me when it comes to shedding those last few pounds.
I have a dress to fit in to in a few weeks and I am hoping it will!
Anything that may have worked for you. Like not eating after a certain time, cutting out carbs, drinking more water, working out before bed,giving up sweets,lifting weights more often...anything.
I am finding lately that I am bloating very easily.Its almost like I can't eat anything without my belly popping out.

If you want, PM me your current height, weight, age, sample diet and current workout rotation. We may be able to come up with a plan that will keep you in that smaller dress and rid you of the bloat for good!
 
Listen to you, Charlotte!!! Quite the runner you are becoming! I bet you saw some pretty nice results from it and became addicted...huh? That is exactly what happened to me!

Yes, I love the endorphine rush, but I didn't get to run tonight. Blah, blah, blah! Boo-hoo-hoo! Where were you when I needed you to scream in my face and tell me that I am not tired? I did feel zapped later today after my strength workout and just walked instead. Friggin' humidity and really pushed myself this week doing more cardio then ever before so body is just tired now. (listen to me explaining away) LOL! Guilt!!! Anyhow, my stomach is looking better with running. Legs still look the same even though they seem to get beat up the most...go figure!? I want bicep veins and I want them bad and a 6 pack tummy so I got to run on Monday...after I eat my watermelon, of course! Tomorrow is my rest day.

I love the rush, too!!! I am so sorry I wasn't there to scream in your face...I was on my deck swing!:eek: I too missed my run today!!! First time in 4 months! I am fighting a chest cold and it has me run down. I could tell if I ran, a fever may be in my future! So I took an unscheduled rest day. Needed it too since I also jacked up the cardio...40 miles this week! 48 the week before and 42 the week before that! I just love that rush! I am seriously addicted to it...that, and the ability to literally ring sweat out of my clothes!!:7 :7

So glad you are loving the running! Keep it up!

Your pictures look great! I have only gotten one run in, but if that is what running does for you, than I am going to run my buns off!

Thanks so much Tammy! Actually, when those pictures were taken, I had only been running for 5-6 weeks. I need to update my picture trail. DH is helping me do that now. He took some more pictures for me earlier today, I just need to upload them.

Thanks again for the kind words! And yes, running burns calories like crazy! I know some say cardio is over rated but I just LOVE it!!! Nothing can replace that "rush"...not to mention the cardio vascular and pulminary benefits!

Its o.k that you took over my thread...I guess;( :)
I run quit often to but not that much! On average I run about 4x a week 14 kms each time so thats 56 kms a week, Im not sure how many miles that is.Maybe 30 miles? Not sure.

And update that pitcure trail....I want to see your new pics!
