So who is still waiting for their Cathe Calender?

I was just wondering who still has not gotten the calender? I ordered the first night 12/12 the money was taken out of my account on 12/14. I still do not have my calenders. One is for me and one was a christmas present for my SIL. I email customer service and they said it was mailed out last week and it should be here soon. I live in Maryland. That should take two days or three at the longest. I got my replacements last week. Anyone else in the same boat?

I'm also still here a'waitin'. I ordered on Dec 15th and had it sent to my brother's address in Miami. It seems like a long time to me as well. I guess the volume of Christmas mail this year is a lot more than we bargained for.

I'm still waiting for my calender. I ordered it about two weeks ago, I'm actually surprised its taking so long to get to me. I got my replacement DVD's right before Christmas.
 
Just went to get the mail and the calenders are still not here. So much for having it by Jan. 1:( My SIL is getting a little annoyed too.

I would email customer service if you haven't already. I'm in Wisconsin and received my calendar a few days before Christmas. Not only that, the original calendar was ruined and I received a replacement on Tuesday. Good luck. Hope you get your calendar soon.

P.S. In case anyone is interested, here's my customer service story and why I think SNM is fabulous. DH ordered it for me for Christmas and it came one day when we received tons of rain. The mailman left it on the front porch instead of between the doors and even though the porch is covered, it must have been blowing the rain in because my calendar was totally ruined when I opened it! Every page was soaked. I tried drying it but it didn't work. The cover fell off and everything. I just put it aside and planned on ordering a new one after Christmas (after calling the post office to complain ). Well DH, being the sweetie that he is, emailed SNM and explained the problem. He told them it wasn't their fault - it was the post office's - but he wanted to let them know that it happened to us and might happen to other people so they might consider wrapping it in plastic when they ship it. Well, DH told me after the fact that he sent the email and SNM replied that they would send another calendar! I was shocked they would do that but also grateful for the wonderful customer service and of course to DH for taking the time to do that. My new calendar arrived, shrink-wrapped in plastic and fully intact.

Thanks for the info Sue. I just emailed them again to let them know. They must be losted in the mail. There is no way it should take this long to get to MD even with Holiday mail. Hopefully I will get an answer soon.

I would think perhaps they did lose it in the mail or something. I ordered mine the weekend of Christmas online and received it today. I love it, btw. Going to hang it up in my workout room today - once I get my butt out of my pj's and fluffy robe!!

I also suggest you contact customer service. I ordered mine on the morning of 12/12 also but I received mine by mail 12/19 and I am in Michigan. I definately think that being in Maryland you should of received it by now!
 
Still no calendars. I emailed customer service twice with no response. I feel bad for my SIS since this was her Christmas present and I have not done a Cathe workout yet this year since I don't have my calendar. What should I do?

Interesting - I ordered mine the first week and received it the next. I am on the East Coast, so....
However, I know my brother and SIL ordered one for me as well (or so they say). They are in Wisconsin. I have not yet received that one.
Hmmm. Weird.
 
Same here, Steph. I still haven't got didley from my brother's Florida address. I'm going to email CS if no word by end of day tomorrow, but I'm wondering if that'll do any good. I mean you're in the States and you haevn't heard anything after 2 emails. I've felt so crummy over the holidays reading about how great other folks think their calendar is and all I can think of is expletives x(.

How weird I have a FL address and I know my SO didnt order it the day it came out but he still had it wrapped for me on Christmas. However I did just get my replacement dvds yesterday.
I do understand the trouble of waiting and its always harder when you read about other people receiving theirs. I ordered the presales pretty quick and still felt like everyone got them before I did. Its worth the wait though. Hope everything works out.

I heard from CS yesterday and they put them in the mail yesterday and I got them today:) Happy Dance. The calendar is great.
