So many rotations - so little time.

I have been just terrible lately. I have really added to my Cathe collection and now can't seem to make my mind up on which rotation to do. UGH!!!! There are so many and i'll start one and then miss a day and decide to switch to another rotation. My palm pilot is getting a workout from me changing my daily routines so much. Of course, the anticipation of the BB Series is not helping. I can't seem to commit to anything because I know I'll stop whatever I'm doing once I get those babies in the mail. :) (can't wait)

Well, just thought I'd get that out in the open this morning. :) :)

Have a great weekend everybody! Marcia :)

I know the feeling all to well.I can't tell you how many things I have been going to try, or things that I start and don't finish.Well, I guess I do finish them but not when I am suppose to:p
I am an "all or nothing" kind of girl.I have to follow a workout schedule or a eating plan right to a "T" or I feel as if I have failed. If I miss one day or skip something I think that whatever I was trying to acheive is gone down the tubes just b/c of that one thing.
Don't beat yourself up over it.We can't be perfect all the time. And your diffently not alone in this one.:+

Hi Marcia, don't feel bad about it. I keep files of Cathe's monthly rotations but can never get myself to follow them. My focus is strength training so I prefer to do a lot of weight work. When I start working out, all I know is that I want to do either upper or lower body with maybe 2 ab sessions and 30 minutes of cardio. I just pick a DVD and slip it in the player. Just go with the day's flow. So far it works for me. If I do hit a plateau, I know I have Cathe's rotations to fall back on. That is, if I can follow them!:7
