So many rebounders....

I was just on e-bay and found two different 40" rebounders for under $50.

I NEED to know, are these just as good as the $200 ones? On one the weight limit is 500lbs. I figure it has to be pretty sturdy!

Also... What are some really good advanced videos? And, should I get a beginner one just to get used to it?

Thanks so much!

If they're on Ebay, they might be a good deal. What brand are they? Some good brands are Reboundair, Needak and Urban Rebounder. There are also some "knock-offs" that are, I believe, Needak clones, but aren't as nice. I've never heard of any of them having a weight limit of over 400. Most of them say 350.

Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of good advanced videos out there. The "Original Urban Rebounding Video" is intermediate/advanced. www.urbanrebounding.com has 20 new workouts available (some are now on DVD. The rest will be on DVD within the next few months). The "Beginner" workout (used to be called "Basics") and the "Intermediate" workout (used to be called challenge) are very similar except for the length and a few different moves.

Do you have MIC? Many of the hi-lo moves can be done on the rebounder, either as is, or with a bit of modification.
