So glad I bought Low Max

I decided to do Low Max yesterday. I think I only did it once or twice between when I got it after it came out and when I tore my ACL. I was debating on whether to do the Nordic Track or a Cathe workout. I wanted low impact for sure, then I remembered Low Max. My goodness, that's a fun workout! I even did it on the 8" step and my knee feels just fine today.

Some of the exercises I think are very good for my rehabilitation too. This one and LIC will probably be used a lot in the next few weeks.
 
I love Low Max too. This is one of my favorites! I can really feel it work my legs and glutes (which are my prbolem spots!). I'm actually scheduled to do it today and I can't wait!

Low Max and LIC both are great workouts. I had gotten so used to doing higher impact (SJP, Imax and Imax 2, Step Blast, KPC, etc) that I forgot how deceptively hard her lower impact workouts are. Low Max really gets me DOMS in my legs. Whew!

Come to think of it, I may have to do Low Max or a premix of it, tomorrow. May not be on my 8 inch step though- I applaud you for that!
