Oh...how I love Bikram!

My college age daughter and I Have been practicing Bikram for almost 2 years now and LOVE it! There is nothing quite like it. I hope it is all you remember it to be. keep in mind, each day you practice is a new day...same 26 asana's different day, different body as it changes within your practice. A posture that felt good one day, may not the next....sort of like life. That, I believe is the point. Hang in there with it and have fun. Be ready to lose some weight too. Especially some water at first! It has a tendency to blunt hunger so try to eat a little something within a half an hour after your class and take your last meal at least an hour and a half before class....uh, this gets allot of people in trouble. Can't wait to hear how it goes!
