So,...Anyone else excited

Excited? Who, me??? :7 VERY! But I'll probably be one of the last to get them (except for our Canadian friends), since I ordered so late.

I'm very excited and I can't figure out what workouts to do in the mean time! I don't want to do anything too taxing so that I'll be fresh when the new workouts arrive, but on the other hand I don't want to laze about either. I ordered on the first day (I think--it's been so long I can't say for sure) and I usually get orders fast here in NY. I keep checking my email for a shipping notice.

Ummm, just a smidge!!!!! I have checked my email and the blog numerous times already today! I can't decide what to do either. I don't want to lift because I want to do the new workouts!!! I don't know what to do today...hmmm, maybe Drill Max? I don't remember how soon I ordered. It was fairly early, day 2 maybe. But, is it too much to hope to have them in my hands by Wednesday?

VERY EXCITED!!! This is just what I need. I can't wait. I ordered the second day and am in Canada. I wonder how long it will take to get to me.

Debbie

I think I am. I'm not sure. Really I got them for subs during weeks I'm too busy to make it to the gym.

I haven't been following the blog very closely--do any of the DVDs have more than 30 minutes of cardio?

Excited!! I've been excited since I ordered! Heck I've been excited since Cathe announced that she would be filming this project. I hope to get it this week. Do you think they will ship today??? I can't WAIT!!!

Lori

Laura - I don't think any of the workouts have more than 30 minutes of cardio, but I think Cathe may have some cardio premixes that combine the cardio segments... at least I hope so!!! :7

Beyond excited! I ordered the first day (probably the FIRST MINUTE! Ha!) and usually get them in two days! Soo, they may be in my mitts by Wednesday if they ship today! Laura, you can always combine two diff workouts for an hour of cardio. Not hard to do with DVD players! Have FUN! (You KNOW how I love to enable YOU! :7)

Thank you Enabler....errr I mean Mama Deb. :p Yes, I'm already trying to figure out which I'll be putting together. I suspect the KB cardio will be included in whichever combos I choose. ;-)

According to the time graph at Collage, the cardio sections range from 16 to 22 minutes. This does not include the warm up, which Cathe stated would be an active warm up. Those range from 6 to 12 minutes. So total cardio times range from 27-30 minutes long, followed by a brief, 2-3 minute cooldown.

Diane

P.S. I've been trying to figure out how to cut-n-paste the graphs from Collage to here, but can't seem to.
