<--just heard on the radio that it's still snowing in Westchester!
<--says YOWZA to two feet of snow
<--is going to have to find snow boots so she can go out tomorrow
<--probably has a family of something living in her snowboots which are probably at the back of some closet somewhere
<--needs to cheer up
 
<--Waves all around, having made it through the Arctic blizzard that is passing for NYC today
<--actually likes it out there--it's so quiet for once
<--is considering putting on her 13 million layers again and going outside but is probably too lazy
<--doesn't feel stranded at all
<--notes to Nancy that my gym was open and there are plenty of people on the streets
<--thinks the best cure for stranded/cabin fever is pelting DH/BF/random passing strangers with snowballs ;)
<--had the pool (half Olympic size) entirely to herself at the gym this morning
<--also saw that someone cross country skied to the gym--they left their skis outside the yoga classroom
<--adds that I don't know how much snow we have here--looks like 18 inches--but the weather.com is saying that if NYC gets 3 more inches of snow, it will break the all-time record
 
<-- feels sheepish to tell you all that our front door and back door are wide open and have been since 8:30am today to get some fresh air in here!

<-- looks over at a sleeping Gracie and is glad her inner child won at her house
<-- remembers really wanting kittens when we lived in Santa Barbara and it took us a few years to get to a place that allowed them
<-- is really glad it took the amount of time it did, since that meant <-- got to meet Gracie and George
