Hi Chris and everyone at SNM Videos,
I just received my replacement CTX DVD, and I want to let everyone know that you guys provide the best customer service I've ever dealt with. You responded quickly, and kept me VERY happy!!
To let others in on what happened: I received my CTX DVD, and the little attachment that holds the Disc2 in the DVD case was broken. The disc was floating around inside the case. I notified Chris, and he sent a new case within what seemed like minutes. When I started using different chapters of the DVD, I found that two of them did not play properly. I assumed that it had been scratched from riding around inside the case. I contacted Chris again, and he said to send the disc back in. I mailed it last Thursday, and I received my new disk yesterday (exactly one week later).
You guys are WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!
