SNM or anyone: Who sells the High Step w/DVD?

On wal-mart's website it says tape w/High Step.

I have to order this asap and I would like one w/a DVD if possible, thanks!

If you order it here, from the Cathe website, I think it comes with a DVD (if you get it with 5 risers).
