SNM:I am so upset!!!,please help

Well I have been checking the tracking page everday this week hoping that I would see something, I thought it was strange that people who ordered later than me received notice (and I live in New york) so I checked my statement from July and there was no debit for my hardcore. The funny thing is that I also ordered another video at the same time to get the free shipping and I did get that video w/ the free shipping. I thought that they were not going to debit my card until it was sent. Well I hope someone can help me!!I am sooo sad!!

Not SNM but take a few deep breathes and calm down. I understand why you are upset but do not fret! I would make sure your order is not being processed (I highly doubt it is...my card was charged at the time of preorder). Enter your order again. Rumor has it they plan on having all preorders out by the end of the week so you would not be that far off from receiving your new order. Again, verify with customer service that they do not have your Hardcore order.
