SNM?-- Can you still get free shipping from Pre-Orders?

If I placed a pre-order for the 4 newer workouts a few months back.....and I know a while back you use to offer free shipping on other workouts during the pre-order time frame. Since pre-orders are still being accepted can I still order and receive free shipping still? I know the site has changed....so I don't know how to go about getting the free shipping if that rule still applies.
