Snazzy ladies check in-october

Morning. Happy Saturday!

OMG I am sooo sore from yesterday's work out! It's making today's work out tough to decide on!:confused: I want to do a BR, KB or UGI work out but I don't think I can! :eek:WAAAAH!!!!:( LOL It's okay...I'll probably end up doing a straight up cardio today. I'll live. ;)

Terina:: I have been body rockin' since mid july and I have intention of giving it up anytime too soon! I am in love! ;) Great work outs for you, girl!
 
Got my plan. Cathe's Lower Body Focus Workout that I found in the Rotations listing. My shoulders still are aching but after a week off - I feel it's time to get back to something and this workout focus's on the lower body sounds good. Don't know if I'll do the extra Blasts. I just don't have that kind of time
I looked at Body Rock but the gal on the video just makes me want to quit workout out. She's so young and thin. I just want to give up and sit on the couch and eat chocolate. :eek:

S&H Legs and shoulders since I don't have the pure strength series. I really like the S&H series!

Good Morning.

Saturday ended up being a rest day.

Sunday was the following:
1) 500 reps of jump rope.

2) BR Amazing Fat Burn Work Out: BODYROCK.tv | Fitness Advice, Workout Videos, Health & Fitness | Bodyrock.tv -modified the second part of this w/o b/c I do not have a sandbag. I used a 30# db and held it with ends facing out in front of me for squat tho I did alternate which side of the body I put it down on. Also instead of counting reps I just set my timer for 10 mins and did as much as I could in that time. I can really suck at counting reps for compound moves like this and after doing a couple I just knew it wasn't going to happen for me that way. No big deal though. I worked my azz off just the same even though I have no idea how many reps I did!;)

3) Abs from Extreme Cardio Kettlebell Work Out by Keith Weber-most moves done with my UGI with the exception of the half get ups for which I used a 15# bell.

and this morning was INTENSITY Hi HiiT x2 plus my own short ab routine.

Tomorrow should be a BR. :)

Terina:: Good job with S&H! I haven't done those work outs in ages!!!

Colleen:: Sounds like you have a great plan! Go for it. LOL re your feeling when you look at Zuzanna from Body Rock. Trust me, you are not alone BUT you must remember that she is young with no kids and obviously already has a tiny build/body type. I actually allow her to inspire me instead of intimidate me and her work outs are well worth having to look at that incredibly perfect body for a few mins a day! ;)

I have mucho DOMS in my hamstrings that started last night I guess from HiiT! :eek: Made some of this morning's moves quite interesting! :p

I also have mucho DOMS in my abs! Especially the uppers! Yeowza~

This week was Core Cardio Circuit, Lower Body Blast and 40/20. Yesterday, off no time. :( Today mow the lawn, finish bagging leaves and then Kick Punch and Crunch and a long stretch!
I have to bow out from being a regular "check-er-in-er" with you Snazzy Ladies but I want to thank you ....Terina and Wendy for all of your support. :cool:
With my adding in extra work to help the family and still having the house on the market, etc, I find I'm not making my checks in's and then I feel "guilty" for not being here for you and giving you the support you gave me. :eek:
I hope to jump back in when I can or when I see your names pop up on the Forum to say hi. You are the Snazziest Gals and an inspiration to me.
