Didn't check in for yesterday's workout.
I finished Septembers rotation with S&H triceps & biceps. Can we say killa!!!! For tricep kick backs I had to use 3bls!!!! :0 but did use 20 bl BB for bicep curls.

Hello Ladies.

I was away this weekend so no work out Saturday but I did Grab Your Balls BR y'day before dinner and then this morning I jumped rope for 6 min (500 reps), did 1 round of manmakers from Empire State Kettlebell DVD and last but not least I did the first work out off of the dvd that came with my UGI ball.

Tomorrow should be back to BR!
 
I did BM for the 1st time,man that was a tuff one too. The one thing tho the weight work moves fast. This workout wiped me out.

Y'day I did the interval cardio BR plus a portion of UGI w/o #2.

Today was the Lunge segment from Tonique Premier.

Good Morning.

BR Quantum of Sweat today. 16 mins long. Went like this::

Set time for 4 rounds of 10s/50s and do max reps in 50s and do:
One leg jump rope
Commando push ups
One leg jump rope
Commando push ups
***************
Set time for 4 rounds of 10s/50s and do max reps in 50s and do:
Low jack jump rope
Reverse push ups with single leg kick
Low jack jump rope
Reverse push ups with single leg kick
***************
Then repeat. :)
 
Hey Ladies.

Today's work out was UGI w/o # 5 (legs/core focus), 80 reps of each of the following: firewalkers, walking lunges, inner thigh lifts per leg, glute squeezes, and last but not least-12 minutes of jump rope intervals (10 s rest/50 s work). Good stuff. With any luck I'll have sore glutes tmrw! ;)

sorry I have been MIA this week,it has been a forced rest week =) I think I just needed to take a break from my workouts. But will be back on monday to re-start oct. rotation.

Wendy- do you have a good sub for Pure strenght series?

Ah! I thought I hit the sumit page last nite!!!

I did BM again and this time it really kicked my you know what! I think I should have eaten more carbs b4 this workout.
I posted a video on FB of my granddaughter doing the workout with me she did it up to the back workout,it was so cute.

Im excited hubby is going to buy my spin bike for x-mas! :)
 
Y'day was an unscheduled rest day. I was just tired and in an off mood all day. :(

Today was a BR called WOW Booty. I've done it before. It's short but a tough one! My lungs and legs were on FIYAH! :eek:

Terina:: oooh yay for a new toy! lots of folks seem to be buyin spin bikes as of late. two friends of mine from the forums each bought one within the last 6 or so month and now you are getting one too! how exciting! :D Great job on BM!
 
very quick check in b4 family gets back, today I did GS:chest and Back.
It was supposed to be back and bi's :eek: really worked my chest today.
 
Today was jump rope and planks on the UGI ball-work out was about 20 minutes total.

Tomorrow is BR I think. :)

Terina, so why did you do chest and back instead of back and bi's? Forget what was on tap?
 
Please excuse my dropping out of the check in. I was thinking of both of you and feeling so awful about just vanishing.
I disappeared into hard catering work (lots of heavy lifting) and school. One job I had was out of town and my smart phone wouldn't' work out in the country so I couldn't use the internet let alone make a phone call. I also finished a two week job training course through the city of Minneapolis with homework. On the good side I had several auditions to go to from my agent. I hadn't had auditions in months and months.
I kept up my workouts and raked our huge yard for days on end and then just crashed.
Please forgive me. My shoulders are so sore ... just like what happened to me when I tore my supraspunatus tendon right off of the bone 2& 1/2 years ago. I feel every day of my 58 plus years. I can't sleep and I'm dragging through my days. Is it over training? I just couldn't even bring myself to post I was so tired I just fall on the couch into a stupor.
I did earn enough money to help send my DS to his High Adventure Boy Scout Camp in New Mexico next summer. He earned some of it before he broke his nose at the end of August but there's bills from the surgery to pay. The Boy Scouts informed us they needed all of the money before October 1st instead of April of next year. It was so hard but I did it. I also helped earn money to keep a few bill collectors at bay and completed a 2 week course through a Jobs program here in Minnesota and will qualify for some free computer training. (I can't even type a resume on Microsoft Word).
Our house is still for sale and we had a few showing but no bites (house cleaning hell).
I was doing Cathe's October rotation but after 2 weeks of doing it I just burned out. I've taken 5 days off. Not sure what to do.
My goal is to start something tomorrow. (I wish the low impact series would come soon.)
I've never crashed and burned so hard before. I just couldn't' even think straight.

Today's work out:: BODYROCK.tv | Fitness Advice, Workout Videos, Health & Fitness | Bodyrock.tv + 4 mins interval of kb swings + 6 mins interval of jump rope = hot sweaty burning panting sore heap of mush by the time I was done! :D

Colleen:: Sorry you aren't getting any bites on your house. How frustrating. Sounds like the employment situation is starting to look up a bit for you though so that's good. Not sure what to do work out wise? Well that's easy! Body Rock ofcourse! :D She DOES make beginner videos too ya know...if you feel you need them but I think you can play with the big girls! ;):)

well yesterday was a sleep day,and by that I mean I was going to workout I told hubby Im going to put on "bootcamp" to get motivated but instead i fell asleep for 45 min solid,and we had plans in the evening so that was a total wash.
Wednesday-my grandaughter stayed home from school so time there.
Today tho its a MUST!!!! LOL

WENDY-tuesday's workout I got my workouts mixed up lol that why i did chest and back instead of back and bi's :eek:

Bootcamp done! amazing my 8lbs felt like 50lbs doing the military press:eek:
It felt great getting this workout done.
