Hey girl,
Your pics are amazing!!!! I am wanting to sign up with Ms.Fit but am wondering if it is easy to follow the diet part (I know eating clean is not easy) but would it be easy to eat on the run with this?I have 3 kids under6 and I am often on the road during mealtimes. Please let me know what you think.
THank you !!!

I see you addressed this to Snazzy but I will chime in here also as I have been on Ms. Fit's eating plan for a week.

I am eating tons of protein. I am now on over 170 grams a day. I find this easy because I cook most of my meals on Sunday and then refrigerate and take to work as needed. I eat my fish in the evening cooking with my George Foreman grill. For complex carbs, I am eating brown rice and/or sweet potatoes. For low glycemic carbs, I am eating broccoli and other green veggies at dinner.

I have been able to accomodate this way of eating at work and at home. Karen will ask you whether you can eat 5 small meals through out the day but I believe she will bend over backwards to accomodate your lifestyle as well.

As far as eating on the road during meal times, maybe you could adjust your mealtimes to when you will be at home. Her preference is to have me eat a small meal every 2.5 to 3 hours.

Just my two cents based on my experience with Ms. Fit.

Good luck!

Another MsFiter here too.... It is the eating that counts here. If you have the discipline to eat 5 - 6 times a day already premeasured food then you don't need her unless you want to be "accountable" to someone. It is not easy. I can't say I eat "tons" of anything since I'm never really full, though not starving. But I could always eat more....

The first week was OK, I lost a few pounds that came right back after a few days -- water, glycogen loss? Must be. The second week was a major set back due to the 3 days weekend, etc.... So it is not so easy to be that discipline. Am I sounding somewhat sad? It is a great program if you stick to it. But you have to stick to it and nobody else can do it for you unfortunately. Just my 2 c. Mari

I haven't lost any weight but I have lost 1% body fat and .5 inch off my waist. I am also seeing more definition in my arms, abs and quads.

The difficulty for me the first week was going through sugar withdrawal. My energy level was down for about 4 days but I was fine after that. I was pretty good over the 3 day weekend. We stopped at Wendy's while we were out for a drive but I had their Medeterranian salad which worked pretty well.

Yes, as Mari said, you have to be disciplined and no one can do that but you.
