Smoothie Recipes

I just make basic ones:

My favs are vanilla protein powder with water, 1/2 a frozen banana (previously chopped into cubes) and 1/2 a cup of strawberries.

Chocolate protein powder with banana which, if not frozen, I add ice to make it thicker.

Vanilla protein powder with a cup of frozen mixed berries.

Some posters have added egg whites or oatmeal for additional nutrients. Have also heard of PB being added too. That actually would be good with the chocolate and banana.:9
 
I make pretty basic ones, too, but try to add variety by using different flavors of protein powder. My favorites are the Lean Dessert ones and the PVL Chocolate Peanut Butter.

I don't like mine with water, so usually I'll put in 3/4-1 cup of skim milk or soy milk, one scoop of protein powder, and some frozen fruit. Basic, but yummy! :9
 
I LOVE Syntrax Nectar Whey Protein.
My favorite is Caribbean Cooler mixed with one cup of frozen pineapple, one cup of water.
Taste like a frozen Pina Colada:)

Someone mentioned they mix CC protein with orange crystal light and a banana. That sounds good too!
I've thrown in frozen oranges. It's the best tasting protein on the market!!

For a Casein Whey shake, I like Metabolic Drive strawberry with frozen strawberries. It has a creamy texture and taste.
