Small Space & Knee Strengthening Add-On

Hi Cathe & SNM - thank you so much for wonderful new series, and especially the gift - it's so motivating to have new and challenging workouts!

I do have a couple of things on my wishlist for future workouts. I would like to see a workout made for those of us with limited space. Side to side moves off the step etc. just don't work in my limited space - I have to do the walking lunges in drill max down my hallway!
My dream would be a truly aerobic step workout - on my high step! (one riser of course)

Also, from reading the forums I know that many of us have knee issues - and I recall that you even described some exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee in one post. How about a 10 or 15 minute add-on specifically to help our knees? Perhaps on your next higher impact step workout?

Lastly, I love the card inserts in the new premixes that tell us what equipment we need - but it would also be helpful to have a card telling us when the step is no longer needed - sometimes we use the step in the warmup, and I end up kicking it out of the way only to find it is never used again. I know, now I'm being picky - but thanks for reading my suggestions!
