Slow stretch

I'd appreciate an updated Total Body Stretching or Stretch Max workout. I'd like a 15-20 minute full body stretch that held static stretches for 30 seconds, especially for lower body muscles. I've read some research that indicates 30 seconds is the "sweet spot" for the most benefit. Then a 10 minute or so Upper Body Stretch & another 10-15 minute Lower Body Stretch. Maybe include a 5-10 minute Dynamic Stretch/Mobility workout that could be used as a generic warm-up. Thanks for your consideration. :)
