I am on my last week of Slow and Heavy. Loved it. Although I have done it in the past, I did not take time
to do properly. This round was fun and I know when for what purpose to do it. It is great to gain more strength.
Next time you are on the fence just buy a month of Cathe's videos online and try them all out. That way you can do them more than once and see what best fits you.
