Slow & Heavy II

In Slow & Heavy Cathe says "There are many ways to work Slow & Heavy. This is just one of them". Lately I find myself wishing for Slow & Heavy II. It doesn't have to be that different from the first one. Just some slightly different moves in the same 3-set 8-rep format would be fine. Just something to switch off to, to keep things fresh and motivating. Cathe has done so many endurance workouts, that if you like endurance, you always have another workout to switch off to. Cathe, please throw us S&H folks a bone! :D

Anyone else who would like to see a Slow & Heavy II?
 
Most definitely!! The results obtained are wonderful!!

Hands down. I have seen the most dramatic changes in my body when doing S and H. Another set of this type of format would be most welcomed.
